Thriving Through Perimenopause is a 4-week resistance training programme designed to help you build strength, boost energy, and feel more in control of your body during perimenopause. The programme is designed so that it can be completed entirely at home and only requires two to three sets of dumbbells, making it simple, accessible, and easy to fit into a busy lifestyle.
Alongside structured strength workouts, the programme also includes general nutrition guidance to help support energy, recovery, and overall wellbeing (provided as educational guidance from a personal trainer, this is not medical or personalised nutrition advice).
You’ll also find supportive tips on sleep and self-care to help you manage stress, improve recovery, and create healthy habits that support you throughout this phase of life.
