​​Personal training sessions can take place within your home. By removing the travel inconvenience, it becomes easier for you to commit and succeed on your fitness journey. ​​​

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

 

Small Group training sessions bridges the gap between 1-2-1 Personal Training and Group Fitness classes.

Train with your partner, friends or work colleagues.

There is a maximum of 4 clients in each session.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Types of class include ​​​​HIIT, Circuits, Strength training, Functional Training, Abs and Core and Low Impact. 

Group Fitness classes sessions can be booked as individual sessions on the booking calendar.

​​​​Discounted Group Fitness Class packages are available.
