
Personal Training and Group Classes
PERSONAL TRAINING 1-2-1
Personal training sessions can take place within your home. By removing the travel inconvenience, it becomes easier for you to commit and succeed on your fitness journey. Alternatively, we meet in a mutually agreed location, which can be outdoors if the weather is being kind. Parks and open green spaces are ideal workout settings during Spring and Summer.
There is an initial client consultation to discuss current health and fitness and ensure you are ready to start exercising without medical referral. We set challenging yet achievable goals and I learn about you as an individual before I design your exercise programme.
A minimum booking of 3 x PT sessions at the beginning of your fitness journey ensures that I can coach and motivate you through safe and effective exercise, and we can review and progress your plan as you get stronger.
Accountability is often key to staying on track for success!

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small Group training sessions bridges the gap between 1-2-1 Personal Training and Group Fitness classes.
Train with your partner, friends or work colleagues?!
There is a maximum of 4 clients in each session.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Types of class include HIIT, Circuits, Strength training, Functional Training, Abs and Core and Low Impact.
Group Fitness classes sessions can be booked as individual sessions on the booking calendar.
Discounted Group Fitness Class packages are available.
